4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
4.1 Deposit Methods & Limits
The currently approved payment methods on daya9 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200. Deposits below this amount will not be accepted.
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes, but may be delayed in cases requiring identity verification or additional security checks. Your account must be fully verified before submitting a withdrawal request.
4.3 Currency

120% bonus on your first deposit — up to ৳10,000.
Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,200 bonus — total balance ৳2,200.
Example: Deposit ৳18,000 and receive the maximum bonus of ৳10,000 — total balance ৳28,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
A 20x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposited amount.
Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 20 = ৳24,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus become withdrawable.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer may have a specific expiry period; any unused bonus will be cancelled after expiry.
- A user may claim each promo offer only once.
- If evidence of bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is found, daya9 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.
- Winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirement has been fully met.
- daya9 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus or promotional offer without prior notice.
6 VIP & Loyalty Program
6.1 VIP Tiers
daya9 has three VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit:
- Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback
- Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback
- Gold: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback
6.2 Tier Changes
By remaining regularly active and following the platform's guidelines, you may be promoted to a higher VIP tier. VIP benefits are subject to change at the platform's discretion and no specific winnings amount is guaranteed.
